PROBLEM STATEMENT
The client has a significant presence in nearly 48 states across the U.S. and has a collection of single station and multiple stationsbased on the respective size of each region of service. The client wanted a major upgrade to their existing scheduling solution to accommodate multiple constraints and to provide the schedule in a reasonable amount of time.
THE BACKGROUND
Soothsayer is helping one of largest commercial and residential cleaning companies run its operations more efficiently using advanced analytics. Soothsayer is replacing their existing vehicle scheduling software with a custom designed solution that can handle multiple constraints unique to the client, provide demonstrably better results, could do so in a reasonable amount of time, and could be updated on-the-fly as issues developed that impacted the routing.
