THE BACKGROUND
The client provides repair or replacement services for auto glass parts either at in-house service centers or directly at the customer site. In order to provide better customer service and increase the efficiency of their operations, it is paramount for clients to predict the auto glass part that would be needed for a specific vehicle. These days with vehicles having various Advanced Driving Assistance systems, predicting required parts is a challenging problem even for the car with the same make, year, and model.
