The client is a furniture retail company and has more than 180 stores across East Coast, Midwest, and Southeastern United States. The client is undergoing a digital transformation and envisions empowering marketing and customer analytics teams with an in-house advanced analytics solution supporting one-stop dashboards and predictive analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.

The objective of this project is to build a foundational central repository of customer data in cloud and develop interactive dashboards to provide key descriptive insights for the two customer behaviors, Customer Lapse and Customer Next Buy.
