Fake Pop Detection for a Large Auto Service Provider
This US-based auto glass provider processed auto glass related insurance claims as a third party administer for insurance companies. It manually reviewed all the supporting documents for a claim e.g., invoice and vehicle diagnostic reports. It was to determine if a claim was fraudulent by checking its validity and identify any tampering of the documents. The claim count per day is in the thousands and hence they wanted to automate the verification process using AI to identify suspicious claims.
